Recipe:

In a jar, gently muddle berries with sugar and lemon juice. Divide the mixture among glasses and top with chilled sparkling rosé.

  1. Iced Sparkling Honey Lime Tea

Ingredients: Red Tea Bags (such as Red Zinger), Honey, Fresh Lime Juice, Club Soda, Lime slices for garnishing

Ingredients: Thick-sliced cucumber, a few spring mint leaves, a few frozen red berries, 120ml clear, sparkling water, and a few ice cubes. 

For garnishing: A Few more frozen berries, chopped fruits (as per your choice), cucumber slices, mint and lime (optional)

Recipe:

Step 1

Slice the cucumber into thin slices and the mint leaves into small pieces. Boil 200 ml of water in a small pan and then add mint and cucumber. Turn off the heat and leave for 2 minutes. Add a handful of frozen berries; defrost them first before adding and crush them lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. you can use this mixture to make four drinks.

Step 2

Pour 40 ml of your strained mixture into a tall glass. Add a handful of ice and top up with 120ml lemonade. Garnish with chopped fruit of your choice or with some more frozen berries and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine.

Ingredients: Ice cubes (about 1 cup), Snow cone syrup (store-bought, any flavour)

Recipe:

1. Shave Ice: Crush the ice cubes in a blender until finely shaved or use an ice shaver if you have one.
